Additionally, for participating Employees, the Carpenters Annuity Funds provide supplemental income during retirement. These individual plans are funded by A-STAR through contributions made on each hour our employees work. Further retirement income can be found with the Carpenters Pension Fund, which provides a monthly benefit upon retirement designed to supplement a Member’s Social Security, personal savings, and annuity benefits. This benefit is based on contributions made to the Pension Fund by A-STAR on behalf of our Employees.

Since 2001, Architectural Siding, Trim, and Roofing, Inc. has prided itself on providing a work environment that is inherently safe. Always keeping in mind that the safety and health of our employees is of primary importance as they are our most important resource. This commitment to safety and health is instilled in all personnel within the A-STAR organization through individual training and empowerment. This empowerment of our employees starts with our management team by fostering a Safety-First approach across all projects. Our employees receive interactive training based on current OSHA standards as well as additional safety policies that are specific to the A-STAR safety program.
